From 28 June to 7 July 2013, Raphaël and Alain Blanc took part in the WAVE 2013, an electric car race between Vienna and Zurich, over 2000 km through the Austrian and Swiss Alps, on an electric FORD focus. They crossed several passes, including the famous Grosslockner at 2505 metres above sea level. An incredible electric adventure with teams from around the world. “It was a fairly crazy experience to race without making a sound. The electric Ford Focus is a very reliable car and it is reassuring to see how technology has evolved”, Raphaël Domjan.
